Made-to-order or custom jewelry: Please allow 1–3 weeks for production before shipping.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and will be displayed before you complete your order.
Delays & Responsibility

We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services or other circumstances beyond our control.

Once an order has been shipped, we cannot influence delivery speed or reroute packages.
Damaged or Lost Packages

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery and include clear photos of the damage. We will offer a refund or exchange after reviewing the claim.

We are not liable for lost packages due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Return & Exchange policy

You may return non-custom items within 14 days of delivery in accordance with EU consumer protection laws.

Returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resellable condition.
How to Return

Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned or exchanged once the packaging has been opened.

Custom or made-to-order jewelry is non-refundable, unless it arrives damaged or defective.
Refunds

Refunds will be processed once the returned item has been received and inspected.

The refund will be issued to the original payment method within a few business days.
